Privacy

We only collect what we need to organise your retreat. That is your name, email, phone number, and what you tell us in the application form and on WhatsApp, such as your dance level and any health or dietary notes.

We use this to answer you, manage your booking, prepare the training and the kitchen, and keep you safe during the retreat. We share it only with the retreat centre and the chef, and only what they need.

Payments are handled by the payment provider or PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

We keep your data for as long as needed for the booking and our legal obligations, then delete it.

We take photos and videos during the retreat and may share them on our website and social media. By joining the retreat, you agree to this.

If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, just tell us before or during the retreat. We will keep you out of the frame. If a photo or video of you is already online and you want it removed, write to us and we take it down.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to mmdance.business@gmail.com.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Terms

The retreat costs 888€. This includes your room, all meals and snacks, the full bachata training and the preparation videos. Airport transfers, flights and travel insurance are not included.

Rooms are shared. You share a room with another participant, you have your own single bed, and the room has its own private bathroom.

Private rooms are available on request, depending on availability, for an extra 500€.

Your 488€ deposit reserves your place. It is paid directly to the retreat centre as soon as we receive it, so it is non-refundable.

The remaining 400€ is paid in cash on arrival. If cash is not possible for you, tell us and we send a payment link instead.

If you can no longer attend for a valid reason, for example an injury or a medical operation, your deposit can move to a future retreat. This works once a replacement is found for your place. If no replacement is found, the deposit cannot be refunded.

You take part at your own responsibility. Tell us about any injury or health condition before you book. These conditions are also in the participation agreement you sign when you book.

By joining, you agree that we can take photos and videos during the retreat and share them. If you prefer not to appear, tell us and we keep you out.

If we have to cancel the retreat, you get your full payment back.
